Better Sex For Longer - Staying HealthyIt’s no secret that staying healthy increases potency and good sexual health.   We’ve posted on this subject numerous times and there is no shortage of studies, research, and doctors telling patients that getting good sleep, exercise, and a good nutritious diet is going to enhance your sex life.

New studies are showing that there’s actually an average time you can expect to keep your healthy sex life and your sexual desire if you have good to excellent health.  Men aged 55 and above in good health tend to have up to 5 to 7 years more of a sexual active life on average above those who have poorer health.

From the article:

“Sexual activity, quality of sexual life, and interest in sex were positively associated with health in middle age and later life,” concluded the research report published in the British Medical Journal.

There are many treatments for various chronic diseases such as diabetes, prostate cancer, or urological issues that either can effect, or treatments that effect, the sexual desire and abilities in men.

Want to have good sex longer?  How about 5 to 7 years longer?  Stay in good health.  Lose weight, cut back on sugars to decrease the risk of diabetes, and keep your blood pressure at optimum levels.  You’ll live longer, and get 5 to 7 more years of good sex.
