Many of these products, sold in the United States, are tainted with a similar chemical compound similar to Viagra.  Unknowingly taking these alternative products with certain medications or health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease can lower your blood pressure to dangerous life-threatening levels.
