How Walking Fast Improves your Erections

Walking for Good HealthWant better sexual health?  Get more exercise.  And for those who shun the idea of exercise, let me point out now that it’s not really all too difficult, either.  Recent studies show a brisk walk each day lowers your risk of heart disease and lessens the effects of aging.

Heart disease has been more closely linked with erectile dysfunction in recent times with new research showing this connection.   It’s likely that what is good for your heart is also good for your sexual health, so start taking care of both.

If you want to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life,  walk a little more like you’re in a hurry here and there.  Even just a tiny increase in your pace can raise your heart rate.  This is especially true for those over 65.  From the article:

Small increases in walking speed have a big effect on heart disease risk for people older than 65. Guys who walked a little slower than 3.3 mph had a threefold higher risk of heart disease than those who walked a little faster than 4 mph. Women who walked slower than 3 mph had three times the risk of those who walked just faster than 3.3 mph.

Faster walking gives you a healthy level of HDL cholesterol – which has been connected to heart disease, strokes, wrinkles, and impotence later in life through raised homocysteine and increased thickness of the carotid artery wall.

Get started today – just pick up your walking pace for 30 seconds or longer if you can in three minute intervals.

Yet another drug-free routine to improve your health before disaster strikes.  And if you’re not walking at least this much per day at any given time, you should add walking into your daily routine today.   Gradually increase the fast paced walking until this fast pace feels natural to you.  Doing so may not only increase the span of your life and lower the risk of humbling disease or traumatic health experiences, but also boost your natural sexual health.
